In Case you are making any speculative false or fraudulent orders we shall be entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.

Electronic transactions are made through the SSL ( Secure Socket Layer) of the banks, mentioned in the “Payments Methods”section by redirecting the customer to the bank’s website.
Angel Wings does not collect, process or store any details of the customer’s credit, debit, or prepaid card.
Methods of payment
Payments made by card, debit, prepaid card, through Paypal, Cash on delivery or by deposit it at a bank account, mentioned in “Payment method ”section. In case of deposit at a bank account the receipt is necessary.
Products Sold
The items sold ( christening/children fashion) through our e-shop are exclusively designed and manufactured by D.ADAMOU partnership and Co. They are presented through high resolution photographs from different angles so as to facilitate the collection by the customer. Images and colors may not correspond fully to the fabrics due to internet browser characteristics, or the resolution of the user’s screen.
Most of the items presented are available, in case of a non available one the customer is being informed by telephone withing 5 working days.
Product Prices
Prices in the items include the corresponding Vat ( value added tax) The company reserves the right to modify the prices without prior notification, however it is bound to implement the price posted at the time of the order.
In the listed prices it is not included shipping /delivery costs, which are added upon the completion of the order.
Issuance of purchase documents
D . ADAMOU and partneship Co issued retail sale invoices for the purchase by individuals Business invoices are issued to corporations or professionals by providing the necessary data.( Profession, Business address, Vat number and Tax office as well as corporate title). The invoices are delivered with the items.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of the order can be made before the process begin and not later than 24 hours from the time of fulfilling the order on the website. Cancellation takes place either by telephone (+30)2310540225 or by e-mail sending a request e-mail Titled “Cancel Order” and mentioning the number of the order. The refund of the sale fee shall be made within 15 working days from the cancellation date, in a manner equivalent to the payment method.
Returns
We do our best to ensure satisfaction of our customers.
In case you wish to change or return a product, this must be done within 14 working days from the date of receipt, by sending an e-mail to info@angel-wings.gr or by phone at (+30) 2310533021 Monday to Friday 10am-3pm.
After the expiry of the above mentioned period ( 14 working days) you are no longer entitle to withdraw/return the product and the company has no related obligation towards it.
The customer has the right to change or return the item if :
• it is defective.
In this case the transaction will be cancelled at Angel Wing’s discretion or the product will be replaced, otherwise in the event that it is not possible to either repair or replace it in a reasonable, the transaction will be cancelled and the company will refund the money.
• Wrong Size
• Not the item that is being ordered.
In any case following conditions should be met.
• Do not move any accessories and labels.
• Be in exactly the same condition as it was at the time of purchase, that’s new, unforested, unwashed.
• Not to be product from “offers”
• Not to product of “special order” not to be manufactured solely for the specific customer
• Include the purchase document
• Carefully be packed so as to be safe during shipment.
• The cost of return is the customer’s responsibility

The present terms are government by the Greek law. Any related dispute shall be referred exclusively to the Courts of Thessaloniki – Greece.
