Returns Policy

In Case of return or Change an item, you must return it within 14 days after the receipt either by sending e-mail to info@angelwings.gr or by telephoning. (Tel number (+30) 2310540225 Monday till Friday 10am-3pm).

You have the right to return the item if:

• Defective / Failty
• Get another size
• Not the one you ordered

Maintenance of the following conditions:

• The item should have the sticker/ticket attached.
• Be in perfect condition just as in the purchase period.
• It must be returned in a packaging provider that it is perfectly sealed to prevent it from getting lost.
• It must not be returned if it is an “offering sale”.
• It must not be a product of a “special order” manufactured deliberately for the customer’s need e.g Personalized item.
• The receipt must be included.
• The return costs, are of the buyer’s responsibility for your own better service, we propose to choose “ELTA COURIER” to return the item, as it is the courier company, we are corporate with, by mentioning to them our company’s address, 30 Nikiforou Ouranou – Thessaloniki P.C 54628

In Case of reimbursement, ever since we receive the item we’ll carry over the necessary check out and within 5 or 6 working days the refund will be made via the same method that was used for your initial purchase.

Our Company Is not responsible for any loss steal or wrong address sent by the customer.
